The Klorgen Series utilizes advanced electrolytic technology to generate chlorine-based disinfectants on site using simple inputs such as salt, water, and electricity. Through a controlled electrochemical process, sodium chloride is separated into its core components, producing chlorine gas and sodium hydroxide, which are then recombined to form high-strength sodium hypochlorite. The result is a consistent, high-quality disinfectant produced on demand—eliminating the need for bulk chemical delivery and storage.
Unlike traditional chemical feed systems that rely on transporting and handling hazardous materials, the Klorgen Series operates at less than atmospheric pressure, significantly reducing the risk of chlorine gas release. Its membrane-separated cell design isolates hydrogen during production, minimizing explosion risk within the system and downstream storage. This approach creates a safer, more controlled water disinfection process that reduces operator exposure, eases regulatory burden, and ensures reliable, on-site chemical generation.
