To remain at the cutting edge of water science, Stellar Waterworks has developed StellarBrain — a powerful AI-driven modeling platform designed to optimize each customer’s unique application.

What began as a collaborative THM removal research effort with a local university has evolved into a rapidly expanding database of more than 1,000 water samples and over 8,000 individual data points. This growing dataset includes variables such as THM removal performance, water temperature, THM species distribution, starting THM concentrations, aeration depth, airflow rates, and many other critical operating conditions.

At the same time, every piece of Stellar Waterworks equipment has been painstakingly recreated inside the AI environment. From microbubble size and airflow patterns to draft tube diameter, aeration depth, plume formation, and surface ripple generation, StellarBrain models the hydraulic and mass transfer behavior of each system in remarkable detail.

Using this information, StellarBrain can analyze a customer’s exact operating conditions and design the most efficient solution possible — maximizing THM removal while minimizing energy consumption and operational cost.

This same process has also been applied to Stellar Waterworks’ advanced tank mixing technologies. By combining laboratory testing, field performance data, and computational modeling for each mixer platform, StellarBrain helps ensure reliable performance and customer satisfaction across a wide range of applications.
